DAYTON, Ohio – A Franklin County man who shot at law enforcement officials from inside a Springfield hotel room was sentenced today to 300 months in prison for attempted murder of federal officers. At the time of this latest crime, the defendant was a fugitive and had an active arrest warrant for aggravated murder out of Franklin County.
