A Martinsburg, West Virginia man has admitted to his work in a large-scale drug trafficking organization that spanned from Maryland to the Northern District of West Virginia, U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey announced today. Stanley Delano Lum, 41, pleaded guilty to a distribution of cocaine charge.
