RICHARD J. MESSINA, 54, of Trumbull, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Vernon D. Oliver in Hartford to an offense stemming from his participation in an embezzlement conspiracy involving Success Village Apartments, Inc., located in Bridgeport and Stratford.
