United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Ryan Raybould, announced that Mason Allan McCarty, 51, was indicted by a federal grand jury on July 23, and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
