Steven Dunn, age 38 of Schenectady, New York, was sentenced to a total of 15 months in Federal Prison to be followed by a term of three years of supervised release. The sentence stems from his conviction to two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The announcement was made by First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III; United States Marshals Service, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Schenectady Police Department and the Rotterdam Police Department.
