U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Delenci Shannon-Brown, 30, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to being and unlawful user of controlled substance in possession of firearm, which carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, and a fine of $250,000.
