United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Rapid City, South Dakota, man convicted of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Assault by Strangulation and Suffocation. The sentencing took place on May 22, 2026.
