Muskogee Resident Pleads Guilty To Making Threats Against Federal Official

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jacob Wray Hudson, 37, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to two counts of Interstate Communications with a Threat to Injure the Person of Another, each punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.The Indictment alleged that beginning on October 29, 2025, and continuing until November 20, 2025, Hudson knowingly and willfully transmitted threats to injure an official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and another person through interstate commerce.
