NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA –DONELL BARTHELEMY (“BARTHELEMEY”), age 22, and MICHAEL BROOKS (“BROOKS”), age 30, were charged in a recently unsealed eight-count indictment with violations of the Federal Gun Control Act and Federal Controlled Substances Act on February 6, 2026, announced U.S. Attorney David I.
