Baltimore, Maryland – A Silver Spring, Maryland, woman entered a guilty plea in federal court today, in connection with an unemployment insurance (UI) fraud scheme. Elizabeth Maria Ceballos, 49, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
