Antonio Terry, 18, of Washington, D.C., was arrested on October 25, 2026, and charged today with first-degree murder while armed for the shooting deaths of two youths, ages 12 and 14, that occurred on April 14, 2026, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
