Lauren Janes, a licensed real-estate agent residing in Delaware, has agreed to pay $80,000 to resolve allegations that she violated the False Claims Act by falsely certifying to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that she would live in a home she bought from the agency.
