Jerrell Lamont Jackson, 41, of the District of Columbia, was charged by complaint today in connection with the October 18 shootout in the Barracks Row neighborhood in Southeast Washington D.C. that left a National Guardsman injured, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
