Roosevelt Tobias “Toby” Bailey, a Duluth, Georgia resident, and Alvin Jones, a former prosecutor and current practicing attorney, have been indicted, arrested, and arraigned in federal court on charges arising from two alleged multi-year, multi-million-dollar Ponzi schemes.
