Jacksonville, Florida – Duncan Fraser MacDonald (45, Sarasota) has been charged by indictment with transmitting in interstate or foreign commerce communications containing threats to injure the person of another. If convicted, MacDonald faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison. U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement.
