MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Drake Ryan Allen, age 22, an Oklahoma resident, was sentenced to 33 months in prison for one count of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country.On October 7, 2025, Allen pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on January 15, 2025, Allen repeatedly struck the victim with brass knuckles, causing facial fractures, lacerations, and contusions. Allen also attempted to strangle the victim, then struck the victim with an automobile he was driving as he fled the scene of the crime.
