MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jennifer Luann Hammer, age 52, of Edmond, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Theft in Indian Country, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.The Indictment alleged that beginning in or about May 2019 and continuing until in or about December 2023, Hammer did take, and carry away with intent to steal and purloin, the personal property of another exceeding $1,000.00 in value.
