Jacksonville, Florida – Andres Felipe Restrepo Uribe (51, Colombia), Luis Alberto Sinisterra Lozano (33, Colombia), and Yon Freddy Sanchez Chavarro (45, Venezuela) have been charged by indictment with conspiracy to distribute cocaine for the purpose of unlawful importation into the United States, and attempted distribution of cocaine for the purpose of unlawful importation. United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement.
