First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III and Craig L. Tremaroli, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in partnership with Acting Inspector in Charge of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Boston Division, Justin Page, Harry T. Chavis, Jr., Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation, and Brendan Cox, Chief of Police of the Albany Police Department, announced federal charges against fifteen alleged members and associates of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation (“UGSN”). The charges are the result of a multi-agency investigation conducted by federal, state, and local law enforcement partners.
