NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – On September 2, 2026, REUBEN WEBB (“WEBB”), age 33, a resident of New Orleans, pleaded guilty to two counts of a four-count indictment charging him with violations of the Federal Controlled Substances Act and the Federal Gun Control Act, announced U.S. Attorney David I.
