United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jamie McDonald, announced today the unsealing of an Indictment charging JESUS LUIS MORELL, a senior executive at HEICO Corporation (“HEICO”), with three counts of securities fraud stemming from multiple instances of insider trading based on misappropriated financial information belonging to his employer.
