NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – LUIS FELIPE POSAS-VILLAFRANCA (“POSAS-VILLAFRANCA”), age 27, a Honduran national, was indicted on August 13, 2026, for being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(5)(A) and 924(a)(8), announced United States Attorney David I.
