Baltimore, Maryland – A federal grand jury indicted a Maryland man, today, in connection with child sex abuse crimes. David Lee Mangum, 29, of Frederick, is charged with five counts of receipt of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), one count of transferring obscene material to a minor, and one count of possession of CSAM.
