Rocky Lee Brown, 53, a previously convicted felon residing in the District of Columbia, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in connection with his unlawful possession of a SCCY CPX-1 9mm pistol, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
