Honduran Illegal Alien Sentenced for Attempted Murder for Hire

Greenbelt, Maryland – A Honduran illegal alien will spend more than a decade in federal prison for crimes including an attempted murder for hire. U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis sentenced Frelin Hernandez Guardado, 30, to 12 years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and murder for hire. Authorities previously removed Hernandez Guardado from the United States twice.
