U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Ronald A. Howard, 59, of South Dayton, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to enticement of a minor, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life.
