Charles Lewis, 35, of Washington, D.C., pleaded guilty Friday in connection to the deadly beating of 55-year-old Mark Carter, that occurred in Southeast Washington, D.C. on October 10, 2022, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
